These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operator of the z2888 platform ("z2888", "Operator", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://z2888.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

z2888 is an English-language online betting and casino platform serving Pakistani users. All content on the Platform is provided for entertainment purposes only. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and is not a guaranteed source of income.

In these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below:

In order to register an Account and participate in any activity on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or subject to mental incapacity determinations are not eligible.
3. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be listed on any sanctions list, be the subject of any order restricting financial transactions, or reside in a jurisdiction where the Operator has expressly restricted access.

5. Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all balances and termination without notice.
6. Personal Use Only: You may only register and operate an Account on your own behalf. Operating on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

To register an Account you must provide accurate, complete and current information as required during the registration process, including a valid email address, username and such other details as the Operator requests. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and for updating it promptly if it changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and, in cases of suspected fraud, termination of your Account.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your ongoing eligibility, the Operator grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own private entertainment purposes.

You agree that your use of the Platform shall at all times comply with these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and any supplemental rules published on the Platform in respect of specific games, promotions or services.

General conditions applicable to all Promotional Offers unless stated otherwise:

1. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
2. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Unmet requirements result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

4. The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any Promotional Offer at any time and to void bonus-derived winnings where terms have been abused.

General betting principles applicable to all wagers:

• Wagers are binding once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a confirmed wager except where specific in-play or cash-out functionality allows.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform;

• Interruptions, delays, errors or omissions in Platform availability resulting from circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, force majeure events or third-party service provider failures;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any decision taken by you in reliance on information presented on the Platform, including odds, statistics or editorial content.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, reporting to relevant authorities and legal action where appropriate:

1. Registering more than one Account;
2. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC;
3. Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age;
4. Colluding with other users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
5. Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or other mechanical or electronic devices to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
6. Engaging in any form of arbitrage, bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers;
7. Laundering funds through the Platform or otherwise using the Platform for any fraudulent, illegal or criminal purpose;
8. Attempting to access accounts belonging to other users;
9. Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages or impairs the Platform's infrastructure or user experience;
10. Reselling, sublicensing or commercialising your access to the Platform in any way.

The Operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or terminate your Account with immediate effect in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity;
• Discovery that you are a Prohibited User;
• Compliance with any legal obligation or regulatory direction;
• Discovery of multiple Accounts held by the same individual.

In the event of Account termination for cause, any balance held in the Account may be forfeited. Where termination is not for cause, the Operator will process any eligible balance in accordance with KYC-verified withdrawal procedures.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are subject to settlement of any pending wagers and completion of any active wagering requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. Where a specific jurisdiction is not stated, the Operator reserves the right to determine the applicable governing law.

The Operator's decision on matters of fact relating to betting outcomes, technical errors and Account activity shall be final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered users via the email address on file or by prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
